listened to what I wanted the finished job to look like, and they had good suggestions
and ideas on how to accomplish those goals. They were very easy to work with and

ball park of what I expected to pay. The work force that McGlinch and Sons sent

"Good morning Ryan,
I am here in sunny Texas working on another Wind Farm.
I just wanted you to know that the siding work that your
company has done is paying for itself. As you know I work out of state.
My average heat bill before your company worked on my house was 180.00 dollars.
This was keeping the house at 57 degrees, and if it wasn't freezing out.
At this years heat prices, it would have well averaged over 270.00 dollars.
After McGlinch and sons insulated and sided my house,
my last two heat bills were 98.00 dollars, and 105.00.
I couldn't believe the difference! My brother stayed at my house last month,
and this bill is 150.00. I am so happy with your work.
I get lots of compliments on how nice my whole house looks.
I am glad I went with your family owned company, and not some corporation.
I know that if a siding issue ever arouse,
I would have no problem resolving it with McGlinch and sons. Thanks again!"

"McGlinch & Sons did a wonderful job with the roof. They could have communicated
a little better. Such as letting me know debris would fall through the attic space
and be everywhere and my flower bed would be destroyed. If they just had told me
I could have covered up clothes in my attic and moved a few of my plants. They also had to replace a gutter, this took an addition 10 days to put up and they left the
old gutter in my backyard. I've called a couple times; they still haven't picked
it up. But the roof looks great; it's the rest of the service that needs to be tweaked
a little. I would recommend McClinch & Sons, just cover your things." |
